Wichtige Informationen für Käufer außerhalb Österreichs (EU / B2B)
Wir beliefern Kunden mit einer Lieferadresse außerhalb Österreichs ausschließlich dann, wenn es sich um gewerbliche Wiederverkäufer (Reseller) handelt. Eine Bestellung ist technisch nur unter Angabe einer gültigen Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer (UID) möglich. Wir beliefern keine Privatpersonen (B2C) außerhalb Österreichs.
Die grenzüberschreitende Lieferung erfolgt strikt auf Basis der Lieferbedingung FCA (Incoterms 2020) ab dem Versandlager unseres Distributors (NL). Der Käufer im Zielland gilt rechtlich und logistisch als der eigenständige Importeur (Erst-Inverkehrbringer).
Der Käufer übernimmt damit die alleinige Verantwortung und Haftung für die Einhaltung sämtlicher gesetzlicher Anforderungen, Meldungen und Abgaben im Zielland. Dies umfasst insbesondere (jedoch nicht ausschließlich):

- EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility): WEEE-Registrierung (z. B. stiftung ear in Deutschland), ElektroG und Batteriegesetze.
- Verpackungsverordnungen: Nationale Registrierungen (z. B. LUCID in Deutschland) sowie die Anforderungen der EU-Verpackungsverordnung (PPWR).
- Lokale Abgaben: Urheberrechtsabgaben (URA), vorgezogene Entsorgungsgebühren und sämtliche weiteren länderspezifischen Vorschriften für Importeure.
Important Information for Buyers Outside of Austria (EU / B2B)
We deliver to customers with a delivery address outside of Austria exclusive to commercial resellers. Placing an order technically requires a valid VAT identification number. We do not supply private individuals (B2C) outside of Austria.
All cross-border deliveries are processed strictly on the basis of FCA terms (Incoterms 2020) from our distributor's warehouse (NL). The buyer in the destination country is legally considered the importer and first placer of the goods on the market (Inverkehrbringer).
Consequently, the buyer bears sole responsibility and liability for compliance with all legal requirements, reporting obligations, and fees in the country of destination. This includes, but is not limited to:
